Please refer to Section 8 of the Regulations and Section 14 of the Procedures.
If within 30 calendar days of making a complaint about the operation of the International Registry you are not satisfied with the response, you may submit the complaint to the Supervisory Authority (with a copy to the Registrar) for further consideration. Submission of the complaint to the Supervisory Authority shall be made stating the full facts of the case either by email to LEB@icao.int or by letter or facsimile to:
