Application Options

It is recommended that before choosing an option below, you check if your Entity is already on the International Registry system. Search.

Option 1: Become the Administrator of a new Entity

If you wish to create an account for a NEW Entity of which you will be the Administrator, please select an option below.

When you apply and pay the application fee, you will receive an email which you should read carefully.

Option 2: Become the Administrator of an Entity already on the International Registry

Select this option if:

1. You wish to apply to be the new Administrator of an Entity already on the International Registry.

2. The existing Administrator has left the Entity or can no longer fulfil their responsibilities and you want the existing unexpired administrator licence to be transferred to you at a reduced cost. This will transfer but not extend the existing licence period. Alternatively you could apply for a new administrator account at full cost for one year (option 1 above).

When you apply and pay the application fee, you will receive an email which you should read carefully.

Apply Replace Existing

Option 3: Become a User of an Entity already on the International Registry

Select this option if:

You wish to apply to be a new User for an Existing Entity.

Option 4: Replace a lost or stolen Keystore/Certificate

Select this option if:

You have lost your digital certificate and now wish to replace it (upon payment of a replacement certificate fee). This will not extend your existing licence period.
